Antes de comprar terreno rústico convém saber se fica dentro de uma área protegida: isso limita o que se pode construir ou plantar. /terrain cruza o contorno da parcela com a Rede Natura 2000 e as áreas protegidas nacionais (CDDA) e indica que parte da parcela fica dentro. Exemplo real: uma parcela inteiramente dentro do Parque Nacional de Monfragüe.

/ground-motion dá a velocidade vertical do terreno medida pelo radar do Sentinel-1 (Copernicus EGMS, 2020-2024) sobre a parcela. Exemplo real: uma parcela em Múrcia que afunda 40,9 mm por ano, classe severe_subsidence. Quando o satélite não tem refletores (campo aberto, floresta, água), responde status no_data em vez de adivinhar.
