Frequently asked questions

Is there an official cadastre API in France?

The official data is published by the DGFiP cadastral map (IGN Géoplateforme) and the CSTB building database (BDNB), through its own services with their own formats, reference systems and limits. Parcel GPS reads those services and gives you one REST/JSON API with an API key, WGS84 coordinates ready for a map and the same response in 29 countries.

How is a parcel identified in France?
